Hello, I’m Grant Viscardis. Growing up, my curiosity about healthcare gradually stemmed into an unwavering passion for medicine; however, it wasn’t until I actively immersed myself in healthcare through work and volunteering that I truly understood the importance of cultivating empathetic, authentic, and personable relationships with patients. While these qualities may not be something one can easily learn, my ability to merge philosophy and science to promote the well-being of my patients has been my main focus of dedication throughout college and research endeavors.

Above all, I am fueled by my motivation to make a positive impact on the lives of others. My aspiration is not only to excel in my medical journey but also to be a pillar of support within my community. I aim to be someone that people can rely on when in need, embodying Arkansas’s mission statement: “Seeking to lead Arkansans beyond ordinary results for progressive workplace safety and employee well-being.”
