Your ability to communicate in this world is what leads you to every position you have been in. Communication is a big factor for making connections and building your knowledge. Throughout my life I had some serious moments where I needed to communicate even through a young age. I know this is why now, I have the ability to communicate between lots of people. Being in a position for my work as the Head manager, I have to be able to communicate to my peers, team players and also the coaches. I feel very confident speaking to new individuals as it is one of the most critical skills. I communicate on a daily basis to others while making arrangements and organizing our tasks for the week. Communication makes us known to others, good or bad that depends on usability of a person’s communication. As it is up to me to learn and communicate with others who are important to us, and I believe I excel in that. Communication is key in getting what you’re looking for, and I am here for it.
Think back to college, what was the most important skill to juggle everything? Time management!! Time management leads to completion of tasks faster which gives you more time to work on other items you have. I have experience with this from my busy life myself. Figuring out how to make time for school, basketball and working is a hard task. Having so many responsibilities, I have to be able to have time for each one and prioritize it. I have learned how to efficiently get everything done perfectly well. As I have experienced this I have learned how to organize my workspace, remove distractions and time wasters by being motivated and getting my work done in a timely fashion. This leads to effective teamwork and having time to maintain those relationships to better an organization.
With both of these attributes behind, this makes a great way to show that I am also a team worker. Every experience that I have has been social and centered around serving or guiding others. Having someone who can be a team worker can provide a much more smooth work environment where everyone is on the same pace. I have experience in this due to working with multiple businesses like Cardinal Care Therapy, Arkansas Athletics and Life Ministries. Knowing I can be a leader in these positions, gives me a guide to knowing how to be a good team player as well. This skill can bring many positive assets to you and your team!
