Hello, I’m Caroline!

Coming of age during the rise of the iPhone brought precaution for many, but sparked creativity within me. I got my first device when I was ten and the first app I discovered was iMovie. I was entranced with the idea that I could edit videos I took of my friends and throw in background music to make what I called a “film”. Since that day, I have upgraded to better editing software, bought my first camera, and got a job in marketing. I’m still that friend shoving cameras in my friends’ faces, but now it’s for their senior pictures or montages of our time together.

As an empathetic person, what motivates me is creating something that connects with an audience, which is why marketing comes naturally to me. As a marketing intern, I generated a 35% increase in post engagement by creating compelling social media graphics. I am a team player and love collaborating with others who have similar goals. I work hard and credit myself as a strategist; where there is a gap between two points, I find a way to connect them.

After I graduate with a degree in Communication, I plan on working in social media marketing to combine two of my favorite things: creation and connection. I hope to bring a youthful and innovative approach to the brands I work for allowing them to showcase their core identity effectively. In today’s ever-evolving marketplace, I aim to bring life into their digital presence, which leaves lasting impressions and cultivates authentic relationships.

Content creation is my favorite part of marketing because it challenges me to find new ways to attract attention to a brand. Working on bellagreen’s social media has taught me the importance of maintaining a consistent brand identity while being adaptable. Each post needs to reflect the brand’s voice and values. Additionally, by analyzing post-performance, I can refine our strategy to boost engagement and reach. This balance of creativity and analysis helps foster genuine connections with our audience.
